Frannie is a 2-year-old spayed female short haired all black kitty. She is very affectionate and has been raised with children. She is very playful and loves toys. She likes dogs, but would prefer to be the only cat in the home. If you are interested in meeting her, please contact the shelter to make sure she is not at one of our off-site adoption centers.
