Balboa is a 4 -year-old neutered male short haired grey and white kitty. He came to the shelter as a stray. He is very outgoing, curious and loves attention. He loves to play with toys and is affectionate and friendly. He like other cats and is learning about dogs while he stays with us. If you are interested in meeting him, please contact the shelter to make sure he is not at one of our off-site adoption centers. Balboa is available through our Adult Companion Program to those who qualify.
